I’m a creative and a deeply strategic thinker, balancing linear and lateral thinking in equal measure. Process and problem-solving are my passions, underpinned by professionalism and a sharp, organised approach.
I rarely miss a beat because I use the tools a solutions-focused brain needs—using Miro, recording conversations to catch every verbal cue and leveraging AI for rapid analysis and synthesis, enabling me to deliver at pace and with precision.

Whether it’s optimising workflows, embedding new tools, or guiding teams through transition, we'll ensure that change is something you lead, not react to.
Designing for Impact. MetaImpact sits at the core of what I do—ensuring that the work we co-creat has meaningful, measurable value across people, purpose, profit, and the planet. Every process, strategy, and system is built with sustainability, engagement, and long-term success in mind.
People-Centric. I use Design Thinking and System Thinking—balancing structure with adaptability. The goal is always to turn friction into flow by designing ways of working that feel natural, intuitive, and built for the people using them.
Workshops That Work. Workshops and meetings should drive action, not just discussion. I design and facilitate sessions that are clear, engaging, and outcome-driven—whether it’s a high-stakes strategy session, a team collaboration workshop, or a process alignment meeting. Every session has a purpose, every output is actionable.
Strategic Communication & Visual Thinking. Good ideas don’t get far without clarity and engagement. I help teams translate complexity into insight, whether through Miro board design, process mapping, or strategic storytelling. When people can see the plan, they can act on it with confidence.
Practical, People-Centred Innovation. I don’t just help co-design better workflows or frameworks—I assist in embedding ways of working that actually make sense and are joyful. By bringing together Change Readiness, MetaImpact, Design Thinking, and DesignOps, I ensure that solutions aren’t just visionary, but practical, sustainable, and built for real people.
